Torneria Automatica Luzi Ltd. is specialized in series production of precision turned parts. The company boasts a thirty year experience in the manufacturing of small metal parts and plastic materials. This machining process is made possible through different types of lathes; precisely sliding headstock, mechanical, and C.N.C. (numerically controlled) lathes.
The company was founded in 1979 by the initiative of Luzi Fabio and his brother Fabrizio. They started a small mechanical workshop, which was able to provide turned parts for customers from neighbouring countries. Over the years, the continuous growth of expertise and professionalism, next to the growing experience, led Luzi Ltd. expanding its business, by involving also other companies leader in their same fields.
As regard to the production equipment, it must be said that the enterprise’s development goes together with some new investments in machinery and equipment, with high technological support.
This policy was recognised by the certification of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, which has allowed the company to challenge also significant market requests.
The company currently has an area of 2500 mq.
The production is based on a fleet of 27 lathes, including 19 C.N.C. with sliding headstock lathes (bar ø 32mm), 3 mechanical lathes (bar ø50mm), and 5 C.N.C. Biglia Y axis lathes (bar 45mm).
However, the real strength of the company is the workforce, made up of 12 workers. The teamwork ideology is based on the principle of internal cohesion and loyalty to the company.
